Experiences and retreats with horses

Changing the setting to observe what we normally don't see

Experiences lasting a few hours, a full day, a weekend or several days, designed to measure for people, couples and teams.

Horses and experiential exercises let you observe behaviours linked to trust, control, fear, leadership, communication, cooperation, boundaries, avoidance, listening, delegation and decision-making.

You don't need to ride. You can work from the ground, walk with the horses or ride when it's appropriate. Constellations assisted by horses can also be brought in as a complementary experiential tool, with no magical or diagnostic claims.

An important note: horses don't diagnose or provide magic answers. The situations that arise help you observe reactions and ways of relating. The value is in the professional observation, the reflection and applying it afterwards.

Individual experience

24 hours of immersion, with me

It's not to discover something you didn't know. It's for someone who already knows exactly what they want to change — and still finds it hard. Twenty-four hours of in-depth work, in full immersion, with me.

  • Put a name to what you already know you repeat.
  • Understand what has been so hard to sustain until now.
  • Observe how you respond to uncertainty.
  • Review control, trust, avoidance or boundaries.
  • Make a decision.
  • Define concrete actions.

It can include a prior interview, exercises with horses, reflection, exercises, an action plan, an optional report and follow-up.

Retreat or experience for couples

It's not about arguing about the same thing again

For couples who already know what their conflict is, but keep going into the same sequence.

  • Recognise the dynamic that repeats.
  • Observe how you communicate outside the usual setting.
  • Review trust, control, distance, listening and cooperation.
  • Spot rigid roles.
  • Practise other ways of asking, listening, leading, giving way and deciding.
  • Turn what you observe into concrete actions.
It's not a romantic getaway or a horse-riding outing. It's an experiential experience for couples willing to observe themselves and act. It can be done as a few hours, a full day, a weekend or a personalised retreat, with online sessions before or after.

You can work on

Leadership, communication and trust in teams.

Listening, delegation and cooperation.

Decision-making, roles and responsibility.

Adapting to change, collective patterns, relationship habits, cohesion and areas for improvement.

It isn't presented as recreational team building. The exercises always start from a professional objective.

Possible process

  1. Initial meeting.
  2. Defining objectives.
  3. Designing the experience.
  4. Exercises with horses.
  5. Observing interactions.
  6. Group reflection.
  7. Proposals that apply to the work.
  8. Optional report and follow-up.

Retreat for family or friends

Being together, in another way

For families or groups of friends who want to share something different — a space to be present together, away from the routine and the usual dynamics.

  • Recognise the roles each person takes within the group.
  • Observe how you communicate and how you listen to each other.
  • Identify patterns that repeat in family or friendship relationships.
  • Share time that feels different, with real presence.
  • Strengthen trust and closeness.
  • Take away something concrete from what you experienced together.
It's not a tourist outing or a leisure activity with horses involved. It's an experiential experience for families and groups of friends who want to share a space of observation and real connection. It can be done as a few hours, a full day or a retreat over several days.

Reports

Individual, couple or team reports can be provided, with observed patterns, strengths, roles, communication, areas for improvement, proposals and follow-up actions.

About the quote: we don't publish fixed prices for experiences and retreats. They're quoted according to duration, participants, objectives, horses, facilities, meals, accommodation, reports and follow-up. Write to me and we'll design it to measure.
