MAR ADENTRO comes from a need of my own: to bring together people who love the sea and, at the same time, care about their personal growth. Two worlds that almost never go together, and here they do.
It's a community with continuity: a group that meets several times a year at sea and, between one gathering and the next, each person has their individual support with me. It's not a course that ends or a one-off experience — it's being part of something all year.
The sea isn't the goal. It's the setting.
You don't come just to have an experience at sea. You come to accompany yourself and to let yourself be accompanied, in a different environment.
The gatherings at sea are in person and always in a group. Your participation in them is included in the fee.
The monthly individual support is the follow-up that prepares them, connects them and integrates them. It's support between gatherings so you don't lose the thread — not intensive clinical psychotherapy. For that there's RESET or the individual session.
That's why it works with a monthly fee and not a single payment: it's not working on something for a few weeks and finishing, it's having a shared space to return to all year, with the gatherings included and the individual support that ties them together.
It doesn't matter where you live
The individual sessions with me are online, so you can be part of MAR ADENTRO wherever you live: Madrid, Barcelona, anywhere in Spain, France, the United States, Mexico, Turkey, the Dominican Republic… There's no geographic limit.
The group gatherings are in person and are organised in different places around the world. Sometimes the meeting point will be in Spain and other times it will mean travelling elsewhere — Miami, the Norwegian fjords or the Dominican Republic are just examples of where a gathering could take place.

Two rhythms for the support between gatherings
Between one MAR ADENTRO gathering and the next you have individual support with me, online, in 90-minute sessions. Both modalities are exactly that: the only thing that changes is the frequency.
From $100 a month. The exact price of each modality and how the first month works are covered in the call, with no commitment. The MAR ADENTRO gatherings at sea are included in the fee.

A fixed point to come back to each month so you don't lose the thread of the process between one gathering and the next.

Before you join, we'll have a one-to-one call in which I'll explain in full how the membership works, what it includes, what it doesn't include, and the conditions for continuing, pausing or ending it.
No one joins and no payment is taken until you've received all the information and decided that it's a fit for you.

RESET or MAR ADENTRO: two different moments
RESET is an individual, intensive and structured process of six sessions to work on one specific pattern. It has a start, a schedule and an end.
MAR ADENTRO is being part of a group through the year, with gatherings at sea and individual support in between. It isn't about working on something for a few weeks and finishing, but about having a shared space to return to and people to do the journey with.
Many people start with RESET and then join MAR ADENTRO.
